This MMSET / WHSC1 antibody has been validated for use in chromatin IP (2 - 5 µg per ChIP), ChIP-Seq & ChIP-chip (10 µl each), immunofluorescence (2 - 5 µg/ml), immunoprecipitation (2 - 5 µg per IP), and Western blotting (0.2 - 1 µg / ml).Multiple transcripts and splice variants exist for MMSET.
