- Western blot was performed using Anti-FOXG1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-41493) and a 52 kDa band corresponding to Forkhead box protein G1 was observed across samples along with an uncharacterized band (*) at ~70 kDa. Whole cell extracts (40 µg lysate) of Mouse Pup Brain (Lane 1), Mouse Brain (Lane 2), Mouse Spleen (Lane 3), Rat Brain (Lane 4), Neuro-2a (Lane 5) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0321BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # LC2001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1 µg/mL concentration) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Dura Extended Duration Substrate (Product # 34076).
