Detection of human DEC1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HDLM-2, GaMG, HeLa, and K-562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DEC1 antibody (Product # A300-649A lot 3) used for WB at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.

Experimental details

Detection of human DEC1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DEC1 antibody A300-649A (lot A300-649A-2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. DEC1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DEC1 antibody BL2927. For blotting immunoprecipitated DEC1, A300-649A was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
