- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat PAK6 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HT-29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line, A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line, KG-1 human acute myelogenous leukemia cell line, and CH-1 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat PAK6 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4265) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for PAK6 at approximately 75 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.
