- Rad52 antibody [5H9] detects Rad52 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 ?g) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Rad52 antibody [5H9] (GTX70301) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
