Western blot analysis of SPRY2 in multiple sample types using a SPRY2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98172) at a concentration of 2.7 µg/mL. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:50,000. Sample types that were tested include: NIH/3T3 whole cell lysate, Jurkat whole cell lysate, and HEK293 whole cell lysate.
