Experimental details

Total cell lysate from THP-1 cells was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal anti-IRF8 (clone 7G11A45) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an anti-mouse-IgG secondary conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
