- Western Blot analysis of PREX1 using PREX1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112077) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: Jurkat whole cell lysate, Lane B: 293T whole cell lysate, Lane C: Raji whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 35 kDa. Observed band size: 42 kDa.

- Immunoprecipitation of PREX1 was performed on (Lane A) 0.5 mg Raw264.7 whole cell lysate using 2 µL of PREX1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112077) at a dilution of 1:100, and 15 µL of 50 % Protein G agarose. A Dylight 800-labeled antibody to rabbit IgG (H+L) was used as a secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:5000. Developed using the odssey technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 35 kDa. Observed band size: 42 kDa.
