- Nuclear, perinuclear and cytoplasmic staining of MDA-MB-231 Human breast carcinoma cells is shown. The cells were stained at 5 µg/ml with Pokemon Antibody Cat.-No AM32711PU-N (Clone BC17-2.9F) and FITC conjugated anti- Mouse Ig secondary antibody. While Pokemon has a strong nuclear localization signal, the intense localization in perinuclear and cytoplasmic areas may reflect pathology and remains to be investigated.

The sections were stained at 5 µg/ml with Pokemon Antibody Cat.-No AM32711PU-N (Clone BC17-2.9F) and peroxidase conjugated anti-Mouse Ig secondary antibody with DAB substrate. The high background reflects anti-Mouse secondary antibody also reacting against endogenous Mouse serum immunoglobulins present in the xenografts tissue.
