- Detection of human RNF216 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RNF216 antibody A304-110A (lot A304-110A-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. RNF216 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RNF216 antibodies A304-111A, A304-112A and A304-113A. For blotting immunoprecipitated RNF216, A304-111A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
