Immunoblot analysis of mouse liver cytosol extract was resolved by electrophoresis , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with PPM1A monoclonal antibody , clone p6c7 (1 : 250) (Cat # MAB1050) . Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a DAP detection system. Arrow indicates PPM1A (~ 43 kDa) .
