- Detection of Human LNK/SH2B3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line, Ramos human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line, and A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human LNK/SH2B3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5888) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for LNK/SH2B3 at approximately 75 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
