Experimental details: Figure 6 ERalpha supports strong E2-mediated cell proliferation; ERbeta reduces the proliferative stimulation of ERalpha in ERalpha/ERbeta cells, and ERbeta by itself supports very little if any hormone-enhanced proliferation.
