- Western blot analysis of cell lysates of HeLa (100 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with GPS2 monoclonal antibody , clone 1E2 (1 : 500) (Cat # MAB1096). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
