- Detection of TRIM in Human CD3+ Lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human blood-derived CD3+ lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human TRIM Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4708, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB002, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab')2 Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B). To facilitate intra-cellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permea-bilized with saponin.
