Experimental details

Distribution of LAT and Lat2 in separate clusters on mast cell plasma membrane sheets. LAT and Lat2 were detected on mouse bone marrow - derived mast cells (BMMC ; A) and RBL rat basophilic leukemia cell line (B) by anti - LAT (LAT - 1D1) and Lat2 polyclonal antibody, followed by 5 or 10 nm gold - conjugated secondary antibodies, respectively.
