- Distribution of LAT and NTAL in separate clusters on mast cell plasma membrane sheets. LAT and NTAL were detected on mouse bone marrow-derived mast cells (BMMC; 2A) and RBL rat basophilic leukemia cell line (2B) by anti-LAT (LAT-1D1; AM03086PU-N) and polyclonal anti-NTAL antibody, followed by 5 or 10 nm gold-conjugated secondary antibodies, respectively.
