Western blot analysis: HL60 cells were treated for different time periods with 10 ng/ml of anti-Fas mAb (antibody, Clone DX2). Harvested cells were lysed and resolved by SDS-PAGE and transferred onto membrane. D4-GDI cleavage was detected by antibody.
