Experimental details

Western blot analysis of D4GDI in Jurkat cells using at 2 μg/ml and IMG-160A at 0.1 μg/ml. Cells were treated with 2 uM staurosporine for different time periods. IMG-396A detects both the full-length and cleaved forms of D4GDI while IMG-160A specifically detects only the cleaved form of the protein. IMGENEX's goat anti-mouse Ig HRP conjμgate (IMGENEX) was used for this test.

Experimental details

HL60 cells were left untreated (green) or treated with camptothecin to induce apoptosis (red). Cells were analyzed by intracellular flow cytometry using either the or D4-GDI antibodies (0.5 μg antibody/test/1 million cells) and Imgenex's Intracellular Staining Flow Assay Kit . A: IMG-160A which recognizes only cleaved D4-GDI. B: which recognizes both full-length and cleaved.
