- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat LMW-PTP/ACP1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line, human placenta tissue, TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell line, C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line, and Rat-2 rat embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat LMW-PTP/ACP1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5075) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for LMW-PTP/ACP1 at approximately 18 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
