Flow cytometric analysis of human mature dentritic cells differentated from human peripheral blood mononuclear cell derived CD14+ cells treated with 20 ng/mL recombinant human IL-4 and 50 ng/mL recombinant human GM-CSF for 7 days and 1 µg/mL LPS, 20 ng/mL recombinant human TNF-a, and 20 ng/mL recombinant human IL-1ß/IL-1F2 for last 24 hours were stained with human DC-SCRIPT/ZNF366 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47653), or control antibodyopen histogram), followed by Donkey Anti-Goat IgG (H+L) Phycoerythrin. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
