- Cell line lysates were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with 4 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-TRF1 Clone: TRF-78 (GTX10579). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-Peroxidase and a chemiluminescent substrate. Lanes 1. HeLa Nuclear 2. HeLa 3. HEK-293T 4. U2OS 5. HepG2 6. P19 7. PC12

- HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton??X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 10 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-TRF1 Clone: TRF-78 (GTX10579). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 conjμgate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
