- Detection of Mouse CCR1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse heart tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse CCR1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5986) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for CCR1 at approximately 43 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CCR1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5986, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB0061, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0105B).
