Experimental details

Protein (15 µg) harvested from HeLa, Jurkat and mouse thymus were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal TCF-8 (ZEB1) (clone P82A8A6) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an HRP Goat anti-mouse IgG (minimal x-reactivity) antibody and chemiluminescence detection.
