Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EDD1 antibody NBP2-04104 used for WB at 0.4 ug/ml (A) and 1 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. EDD1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-EDD1 antibodies NBP1-71802, which recognizes a downstream epitope, and NB100-1591, which recognizes a similar epitope.
