Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. This antibody specifically recognizes human HNF4 alpha (isoforms 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8) and cross-reacts with mouse and rat HNF4 alpha (isoforms 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8). Not yet tested in other species.

Storage

This antibody is stable for greater than six months when held at -20 °C in a manual defrost freezer or at -70 °C. Upon thawing, the antibody can be stored at 2-8 °C for at least 1 month without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
