Western blot analysis of RAP in Lane A: U87-MG Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane B: A549 Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg) . Samples were probed using a RAP Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-29398) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:15000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:41 kDa. Observed band size:41 kDa.
