- Mouse Monoclonal CXCL3/GRO gamma/CINC-2/DCIP-1 Antibody
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Description
- Protein A or G purified from ascites. Detects rat CXCL3/CINC-2 alpha/beta in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, 27.9% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat (rr) CINC-3 is observed and no cross-reactivity or interference with rrCINC-1, recombinant mouse (rm) KC, rmMIP-2, or recombinant human GRO alpha is observed.

- Chemotaxis Induced by CXCL3/CINC-2 alpha and Neutralization by Rat CXCL3/CINC-2 alpha/beta Antibody. Recombinant Rat CXCL3/ CINC-2 alpha (Catalog # 516-CA) chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CXCR2 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Rat CXCL3/ CINC-2 alpha (0.05 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Rat CXCL3/CINC-2 alpha/beta Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB516). The ND50 is typically 0.5-2.5 µg/mL.
