- Cyclophilin A antibody detects Cyclophilin A protein by western blot analysis. Raji whole cell extracts and cytoplasma+membrane and nuclear extracts (30 ?g) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Cyclophilin A antibody (GTX113520) at a dilution of 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
