Western Blot: Park7(DJ-1) Antibody [GTX30674] - Cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (lane 1) or pCMV6-ENTRY PARK7 cDNA (lane 2) for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 μg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-Park7(DJ-1).
