- Western blot analysis of PDE5A was performed by loading 293T cell lysates (40µg) on to a 6% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a PDE5A antibody (Product # PA5-50727) at a 1/200 dilution for 2 minutes, followed by a secondary antibody at 1/8000.
