- Western blot analysis of AFG3L2 expression in rat brain extract (lane 1), mouse spleen extract (lane 2) and U87 whole cell lysates (lane 3). AFG3L2 at 88KD was detected using rabbit anti- AFG3L2 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # PB9915) at 0.5 μg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
