Experimental details

Western Blot analysis of AFG3L2 using AFG3L2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112244) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: Hela whole cell lysate, Lane B: MDA-MB453 whole cell lysate, Lane C: MCF-7 whole cell lysate, Lane D: Jurkat whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 ?g per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 89 kDa. Observed band size: 95 kDa (We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands).
