Experimental details

Sample lysates were prepared from HEK 293T cells expressing DDDDK-tagged human HDAC7. The precipitated hHDAC7 was detected using anti-DDDDK Tag antibody (GTX115043) and visualized by HRP-conjμgated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (GTX213110) with enhanced chemiluminescent reagent. Lane 1: 2 µg Anti-HDAC7 antibody [KG-17] (GTX12174)Lane 2: 2 µg control rabbit IgG Each sample contains 180µg whole cell lysate.
