Western blot analysis of mouse kidney (MK) and rat heart (RH) extracts were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with BMP7 monoclonal antibody , clone 4E7 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1073) . Protein was visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
