Equivalent amounts of cell lysates and SPAG5-Knockout 293T cells were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-SPAG5 monoclonal antibody(1:200). Then the blotted membrane was stripped and reprobed with anti-HSP90AB1 antibody as a loading control.
