- Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of GTF2IRD1 in U2OS cells using GTF2IRD1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142234). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, and incubated with the primary antibody for 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining and some plasma membrane staining . The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).
