- Applications Tested: This UCHT2 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 5 µL (0.5 µg) per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.

- Western Blot of UCKL1 in Lane A: 293T Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: HeLa Whole Cell Lysate. Samples (30 µg per lane) were incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-118336) with a dilution of 1:500 , followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP using a dilution of 1:10,000. Assay was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 61 kDa, Observed band size: 61 kDa.

- Immunocytochemistry analysis of UCKL1 in U251MG cells. Samples were treated with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-118336) with a dilution of 1: 200 (4°C overnight), followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and DAPI (blue).

- Immunofluorescence staining of UCKL1 in U251MG cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with UCKL1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118336, 1:200) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.
