- Western Blot: ABCG8 Antibody [NB400-117] - Total protein from Mouse small intestine was separated on a 7.5% gel by SDS-PAGE and transferred to PVDF membrane. The membrane was then probed with anti-ABCG8 antibody at 2 ug/ml and detected with an anti-rabbit HRP conjugated secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.
