- Western blot analysis from lysates of rat embryonic cortical neurons, rat embryonic hippocampal neurons, and human brain (cortex) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Rat Neuroligin 1/NLGN1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-48050) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Neuroligin 1/NLGN1 at approximately 117 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of Neuroligin 1 in perfusion fixed frozen sections of rat brain (cortex). Samples were incubated in Neuroligin 1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48050) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to neuronal cell bodies, processes, and dendritic spines.
