Maintain lyophilized material at +2-8°C or -20°C for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Reconstitute to 500 µL with sterile distilled water. Store reconstituted material frozen (-20°C or -80°C) in undiluted aliquots for up to six months. Diluted antibody containing 0.1% sodium azide for Western blot analysis can be stored for several weeks at +2-8°C and reused repeatedly. Handling Recommendations: Upon first thaw, and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
