Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRPF3 antibody (Product # A304-082A; lot 2) used for WB at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.

- Detection of human BRPF3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRPF3 antibody A304-082A (lot A304-082A-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. BRPF3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BRPF3 antibodies A304-083A and A304-084A. For blotting immunoprecipitated BRPF3, A304-082A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
