Lane 1: mouse brain lysates Lane 2: mouse liver lysates probed with Anti CGP-39/YKL-40 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-4915R) at 1:200 in 4°C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 90min in 37°C. Predicted band 56kD. Observed band size: 56kD.
