Experimental details

Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were fixed and permeabilized. Cells were then stained with purified A100A4 (clone NJ-4F3-D1) (filled histogram) or purified mouse IgG1, κ isotype control (open histogram), followed by anti-mouse IgG PE. Data shown was gated on the monocyte population.
