- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat PON3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows human serum, lysates of A549 human lung carcinoma cell line, and HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, mouse liver and spleen tissue, and rat liver tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat PON3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4345) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for PON3 at approximately 40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
