- Detection of dimethyl lysine using PAb to Dimethyl-lysine (Affinity Purified). Method: 20 µg of HeLa cell nuclear extract was subjected to SDS-PAGE and then transferred to nitrocellose. The blot was probed with PAb to Dimethyl-lysine (Affinity Purified) (0.2 µg/ ml) and developed colorimetrically. Lane 1: PAb to Dimethyl-lysine (Affinity Purified) alone. Lane 2: PAb to Dimethyl-lysine (Affinity Purified) preincubated with dimethylated BSA. Lane 3: PAb to Dimethyl-lysine (Affinity Purified) preincubated with untreated BSA.
