- Western blot analysis of PGC was performed by loading 823 cell lysates (50µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a PGC antibody (Product # PA5-50250) at a 1/300 dilution for 30 seconds, followed by a secondary antibody at 1/8000.
