- Detection of Human ZSCAN21 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Caki-2 human clear cell carcinoma epithelial cell line, COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line, and NTera-2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human ZSCAN21 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8015) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for ZSCAN21 at approximately 60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
