- Western Blot of METTL1 in Lane A: 293T Whole Cell lysate, Lane B: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate. Samples (30 µg per lane) were incubated with monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-41071) with a dilution of 1:500 , followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Dylight 800) using a dilution of 1:15,000. Assay was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 31 kDa, Observed band size: 31 kDa.
