- PA5-21371 targets AChE in ICC, IF, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The PA5-21371 immunogen is a recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 406 and 614 of AChE (Uniprot ID#P22303). Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

- Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Rat Skeletal Muscle (Lane 1), Rat Brain (Lane 2) and Rat Liver (Lane 3). The blot was probed with Anti-Acetylcholinesterase Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-21371, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 68 kDa bands corresponding to Acetylcholinesterase were observed across the tissues tested.
